How Home Check-Ins Work
1. Tell Us About Your Home
Contact us with your address, travel dates, how often you'd like your home checked, and anything specific you'd like us to keep an eye on.
2. Set Up Your Check-In Plan
We'll confirm availability and establish what will be checked during each visit, along with your preferred schedule and communication method.
3. Head Away With Peace of Mind
While you're gone, we'll complete your scheduled visits and send you an update after each check-in.
4. We'll Let You Know If Something's Wrong
If we notice an unexpected condition or something that needs your attention, we'll contact you promptly so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.

How often can you check my home?
Check-in frequency can be arranged around your needs, whether you're away for a short trip, several weeks, or an extended seasonal stay.
Do I need to be away for a certain amount of time?
No. Home Check-Ins can be arranged for shorter trips as well as extended absences.
Will you enter my home during each visit?
Your check-in plan will be established with you beforehand, including whether interior access is needed and which areas you'd like visually checked.
How will you access my home?
We'll arrange a secure access method with you before service begins based on what works best for your property.
Will I receive photos?
Photos can be included with your status updates when appropriate or requested.
What if you find a problem?
We'll contact you promptly if we notice something unusual or concerning so you can determine what you'd like to do next.
Are Home Check-Ins the same as a home inspection?
No. Home Check-Ins are observational visits intended to identify obvious or visible concerns. They are not professional home inspections, diagnostics, security services, or guarantees against damage or other problems.
